Raft boat fishing on Lake Vietonen

Experience a new type of fishing off a raft boat. The raft boat progresses at a slow pace on the lake allowing you to enjoy the fishing. You can either use the traditional hook and line or trolling equipment. Lunch will be savoured on the boat during the trip. The lake water is very clear and clean. The raft boat can take up to twenty persons providing cruises for small and larger groups. The trip may be combined with either fishing, lunch or coffee and pancakes, or indeed all three.

Fly-fishing on the Pessakoski rapids

Both inexperienced and experienced fishing enthusiasts are welcome to try their luck at fishing on the Pessakoski rapids. The river holds grayling, whitefish and trout.

We will prepare all the equipment with the aid of the guide at Loma-Vietonen. If needed, we can arrange short instruction into fly-fishing and practice some casts. Once we are all ready, we depart on the journey to the rapid water section of the river located approximately thirty kilometres away. We will break for lunch on the shores of the rapids and a hot sauna awaits our return from the fishing excursion.

Salmon fishing on the Tornionjoki River

We prepare the trip with the help of the guide and depart for the river. We push the boats out on the river and start to try and catch the salmon... During the day's fishing, we will savour packed lunches and coffee and bathe in the steamy hot sauna after the trip.
